Our family was utterly disappointed with the children's pool. It was closed, and the alternative options were absolutely unsafe. My daughter fell and got injured due to a hazardous hole in the smaller pool. Furthermore, we endured a terrible smell of cleaning products upon arrival that led to headaches, which was clearly masking mold or dampness. The overall maintenance was subpar—the toilet was unstable, and the staff were indifferent to our plight.

Request a room away from the pool area to minimize noise, especially during late-night events.

The room was spacious, filled with vibrant decor and a delightful plant that brightened my mood. The staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze.

I appreciated the short walk to Playa Chica Beach, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and sand, and the relaxed atmosphere at the local bars and restaurants just a few steps away added to the enjoyable vibe of my stay. the staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was diverse, which really helped kickstart my mornings before heading out on city adventures. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the room, but overall my experience was fantastic.

Amazing food options, especially the sushi and chicken gyozas! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the big balcony views were a nice touch. Definitely returning!

Had an amazing time with friends! Just 10 minutes from Playa de Puerto del Carmen Beach, we loved every moment. We dove into water adventures and toured Lanzarote Golf Resort. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxation, and the snack bar made it easy to grab a bite after swimming.

Our room had some issues with the shower. It didn't have the best water pressure, which made things a bit tricky.

The slides were great for my daughter, but the WiFi never worked during our stay.
